Struts work great in holding up the hood on my old car. Quick and easy install, once I figured out the ball clips. Had the whole thing done on both sides in 5-10 minutes. Push-back pressure is good and should be fine for the strength of most users. Support is right on and balanced. Fit was perfect.

2006 Camry hood struts were worn out. You can pay plenty for OEM, or from other places. Got these, installed quickly, and work great. Will see how long they last.

These were very inexpensive vs buying from the dealership. Way cheaper. Took 3 minutes if that to take off the old ones and connect the new ones. Apply the news at the base first then the hood. Way easier. One was a actually able to hold up the hood, so that’s how strong they are.

I replaced my factory struts on my 2010 Camry with these struts. Installation was easy and fits perfectly. It opens the hood with a little bit more force but not an issue at all.

Man I like the way the hood rises with ease now. These struts so far are working as expected. Time will tell if they stand up to unintentional abuse. So far so good. Simple to install (although backward from OEM struts) and hood rises with ease. I don't try to force an open or close. Let the struts do their job and you should be fine. There's a closing point about 6 inches where the struts are no longer effective and this is perfect. Just enough space to allow an easy close using gravity. Red 2011 Camry SE V6
