I bought this for a SUMMER AUGUST outdoor wedding. They are perfect to block the sun over your head, without blocking someone else's view. It was 90 the day BEFORE the wedding and 95 the DAY AFTER.The day of the wedding it was THUNDER AND LIGHTNING. and oh YES RAIN RAIN RAIN, I call it the carwash wedding. The umbrellas work GREAT in the rain also. LOLOnly in OREGON

I loved the size, it was perfect for what I wanted, but two of the umbrella's broke with very little handling. The metal bar above the plastic handle just broke in two. We only needed one, so it wasn't a big deal, but the quality is cheap.
