This rocks. Its a great steel biner and is tough. You must do three actions to open it which is climb safe and its rated for 25kn i use it for rigging and backup lifelines. $18.50 a biner is a competetive price in the market but this brand is not petzl so they should be charging $11 or $12 for these and maybe id buy multiple.

It is MOST DEFINITELY A TRIPLE ACTION BINER!!! People leave reviews that don't know what they're talking about. Ignore the bs reviews- this thing is awesome, especially for the money. I've rigged huge off of these with no issues. I also put one on my Maasdam rope puller to replace the garbage hook it comes with. My groundies hate it because they don't like undoing the triple action when its under a log, but it's never failed me. They can suck it up!

Even stronger than a similar DBI-Sala pole squeeze carabiner (41kn) that utility lineman use. This is heavy duty, and similar to ones lineman trust with their lives while climbing utility poles at Telco or Power companies. This one from Fusion is at a fantastic price!

Im training to become an arborist so for rigging i need some bad boy carabiners these worked great and are rated more than double climbing requirements but are much safer and lighter than using shackles.. i had more luck than the previous reviewer i bought 4 each one came in an individual bag WITH the retaining pins. The 3 stage lock is nice you have to pull up on the gate twist the gate then open the gate.. i can almost do it one handed....
