The part was defective, I had a professional mechanic check it out, the EGR valve is suppose to gradually open to keep the engine running smooth. This one went closed to straight open immediately, I had to buy a one part to get a good one. This one saved me money up front, but I lost down time and had to spend another 400.00 plus dollars. And then was told in around about way maybe Amazon would refund my money. It wasn't my fault the part was defective. Amazon please don't forget your customers tell other people when we are not treated well and threatened. I'm not a rich senior citizen nor can I afford another car, I tried to save some money by buying from you. I still love your service because it's fast, but please be more polite and help poor people. Bezo's is a billionaire I'm not. Have a great day.Respectfully Mr. Mjt.
