The garbage disposal stopper works when engaging the disposal but doesn’t work as a stopper, to small as a stopper for my disposal.

So glad someone is making a replacement for this cover I am already on my third OEM cover since I installed the unit almost 20 years ago. I have been lucky to have it replaced free from insinkerator but as these covers are not used in the newer units I have been worrried about the next replacement if needed.It fits a bit tight but activates the disposal as needed. It cannot be used as a drain stopper, leaks everytime I try, but I never seem to use that feature anyway.As I cannot fit the newer models under my sink I am glad to know I have another option when my current cover breaks again and now i have a spare.

This stopper looked great, though felt a bit thin compared to the OEM. But most importantly, its magnets were not strong enough to engage the disposal.
