I had lots of trouble finding a belt that would fit a Simplicity Regent 38" deck. This belt seems to work just fine on my mower. I've only mowed 3 times since installing the belt so I'm not sure of the long-term durability.Edit: Turns out this belt only lasted one year of light usage.
