The charcoals were package in a little rectangular box that is roughly the length of the charcoals. This minimized breakage in shipping since these charcoals are so delicate. I was happy (and surprised) to find zero broken charcoals. They also came in varying thicknesses which was also much appreciated.

I needed this for an art class so this served its purpose since it was relatively cheap (broke college student here).Overall, a good set of charcoal, reasonably priced, but quality is okay, there are definitely better options out there if you taking your art seriously.

my daughter is quite a little artist he loves to draw and charcoal seems to be her medium. we will certainl be purchasing more willow vine charcoal from this site in different sizes and colors.
