First, this is a kitchen tool that looks to be a piece of art. The box it comes with allows this cheese grater to be easily given as a fine gift for various events. This grater is extremely well constructed and has a powerful, yet not overly loud motor. Does take a little work to get the right size cheese cube for the grater. Once you get the right size cube, you simply drop it into the grater, place the locking unit over the cheese cube and put the motor into place. The grater then grates beautifully over the foods you want to garnish. A very nice presentation for your dinner service. The really nice feature is that the motor can be removed and the cheese grater can be stored in the frig. I do like this feature. Comes with 2 additional grater blades for different grating options. The company states this grater is good for hard chocolate as well, however, I do believe I will just continue to use it for cheese. Beautiful in appearance and professional in work.

This is a sleek kitchen tool that is nice to have. When compared to my other cheese graters, there are a lot of things I like about it.Everything from blades to charger are stored with the tool so you won't misplace anything.Blades are conveniently located in the lid, so you can easily switch them out if needed. Any USB-C charger will be able to charge it. The button to grate is at the top. You hold it to grate, and let go to stop. It's simple to use.It's not the most friendly tool if your hands hurt or you have arthritis. You use your palm to push the piston in. To lock it in place, you have to twist. To lock and unlock can be difficult because there is not a lot to hold onto. It does get easier though. Once assembled, it's easy to use.I like it but I'm still trying to justify the price.

This is a serious kitchen tool! A lot of thought went into this device. It's going to have a bit of a learning curve but for anyone with hand isssues that still likes fresh grated hard cheeses like parmesan this is quick and easy to use. The detachable storage bin is a clever idea and the variety of grating disks should meet any grating need.

This electric cheese shredder is an absolute nightmare to use. The design is so poorly thought. Assembly is a confusing mess, and once you finally manage to cram the cheese in, it either gets stuck, barely shreds, or turns into a mushy mess.The motor is laughably weak—it spins so slowly that you’re better off just using a manual grater. And don't get me started on cleaning: there are so many tiny parts and awkward crevices that it’s nearly impossible to clean properly.
