good quality, easy to hang, and it is quite sturdy. My only issue is that how it holds the hat makes it a little difficult to take off and put back on

Really pleased with the overall quality of this hat organizer. My husband has a healthy hat obsession and I was tired of seeing them on the back of our guest bedroom door. This organizer is the perfect solution because it holds a ton of hats, keeps their shape, and you can hang them on the wall which keeps them away from the dogs. My husband easily installed these on the wall and he uses one for his "everyday" hats where he has 1 hat per slot, and the second one he uses to hold the rest of his hats with 2 hats per slot. These will hold up to 40 hats if you put 2 per slot. I wasn't sure about the white plastic look at first but with the hats added, you don't really notice it. These come with 2 different installation options, either a sticky backing for mounting onto smooth surfaces or screws for rougher textures. We have pretty rough walls so he opted for the anchor and screw option.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this at first, but it turned out to be a pretty solid hat rack. The build quality is better than I thought it would be, the materials feel sturdy, and it seems like it’ll hold up well over time. It came with adhesive strips for mounting, which made setup pretty simple. The way it grips the hats is a little unusual. There’s a clamping mechanism that grabs onto the top button of the hat, and it took a minute to figure out exactly how to load them in without feeling like I was going to snap something. Once you get used to the motion, it’s fairly quick and consistent. It does hold the hats firmly and evenly, the display looks clean once everything’s mounted and aligned. I will say you kind of have to “muscle” the hats into place more than I’d like. It hasn’t caused any damage to mine so far, but it does feel like I’m being a little rougher with them than I want to be. That’s really the only downside.Overall, it’s a clever solution for displaying or organizing a bunch of hats without taking up shelf space. Not perfect, but definitely functional and well-made.

I'm one of those guys who has lots of different caps. Caps from all of my favorite sports teams, military service caps, and novelty caps; I love them all.I've always been looking for a way to store my caps in a way that kept them in good condition while also making it easy for me to just grab the one I wanted as I walked out of the door. The options I've seen never had both care and convenience, and I wasn't willing to choose one feature over the other.Finding this model was exciting, though I had my doubts that it would actually store my hats as well as they are shown in the picture, but was so happy to discover that this is one of those things that actually works as well as it does in the product description pictures.By keeping the tension on the top button of your cap (though it will also clamp caps without buttons) instead of the brim or the back, your cap keeps its shape no matter how long it hangs there.BEST of all, this rack is PERFECT FOR FITTED CAPS :-) !!Other hat racks only work with adjustable caps that have an opening at the back, but if you're like me and favor sized caps or FlexFit caps, this is the best option out there for vertical storage. Now, instead of keeping my hats in boxes or in rows on my closet shelf, which meant pulling everything out, looking through them to find what I wanted, then putting them all back, the vertical aspect frees up shelf space for other storage, AND when I want a particular cap, I can find it and wear it in seconds without having to pull out my whole collection, shuffle through them, and then put them all back - which is so tedious that I wind up just wearing the most convenient caps instead of the ones I really want to wear.It comes with both adhesive and wall anchor installation options (in case you have really heavy hats I guess) and an extra feature I really love is that because the wall mount is separate from the rack, you can take the whole thing off the wall, organize your caps on a flat surface, then when you have them in the order you like, hang the rack back on the mounting hooks for easy access. This means that when hockey season ends, you can pack those hats away and swap them for baseball caps until you're ready to switch back in October.I'd like them to make an aluminum option because plastic doesn't last forever and doesn't look as nice as metal. Those would naturally be more expensive, but I'm happy to pay extra for the look and sustainability factor.TL;DR :Great hat rack. You should buy it.
