I am disappointed by the quality control standards of this manufacturer. My recent experience with their product has left me less than satisfied.Upon receiving the scooter, my excitement turned into disappointment when I unboxed it, especially as it was intended to be a birthday gift for my son. Right out of the box, I noticed a scratched area on the head tube, measuring approximately 2 inches in length. It appeared as though the metal had been sanded down or buffed up and repainted, which raised concerns about the overall quality of the product.I reached out to Amazon in hopes of arranging an exchange for a defect-free scooter. Regrettably, I was informed that this was the last item in stock, making an exchange not an option since it was meant to be a birthday present. I had no choice but to keep the flawed product and hope that it would not have any safety issues.I also inquired about the possibility of a discount from Amazon, but I was told that they were unable to provide one as the product was sold by another retailer through their platform.My foremost concern now is the safety of the scooter due to this manufacturing flaw.Overall, my experience with this product has been marred by quality control issues, which is disappointing given the brand's reputation. I hope that the manufacturer takes steps to improve their quality control processes to ensure a better experience for their customers in the future.
