Didn’t work even all connections were correct. Right display model. All LEDs on back of panel were on. Even green LED is on remote control board. Display Got signal too but nothing is displayed. So, I confirmed that this product is not reliable and recommended not to buy. Waist of time. Thanks

It's for the most part plug and play after a little bit of research. A small leaflet (howto guide) would have made the experience better. Example: Indicating the pin 1 placement on the LVDS panel connection and the fact that you need to depress the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on etc. But it's a good product out of the box. I'am personally adding a heat-sink onto the driver chip to avoid the potential over-heating issues reported by others here. Will buy again.

Hooked it up to the screen from the old laptop and a 12V power supply and it works right out of the box like it's supposed to.Using this with my Raspberry Pi 3B+ that constantly powers on and off the HDMI signal (yes it's supposed to do that because of a motion sensor) and the controller board handles that just fine.

I would like more documentation, however, I have been using it for a few weeks now and it's still working. I'm not sure what others are having issues with but my first guess is the delicate cable going to the LCD panel . I immediately glued it down.

The device was relatively easy to plug together after watching videos on youtube. For me, this device worked only once. Subsequent use gave a grainy, static-filled screen with the image. I've since returned it.

Item will partially work for 15-20 seconds, but has cheap parts that overheat quick. After overheating, it shuts down and doesn't work.
