Worst customer service ever!!! I bought my printer last June. I choose not to open it until I was ready to use it. Missing parts, the owner was annoyed that he had to replace. Asked why it was so hard for women. I have not been able to connect it wirelessly. I bought both dongles he told me to buy, they do not work. I bought the one direct from HITI, it didn't work either. I have had 2 different IT professionals try to connect the printer. It will not connect !!! I asked for a replacement since I paid $850 for the package. He told me no because it was not within the 1st 30 days, I contacted him 4 times for help prior to asking for a replacement for a bad machine. Now I am out $850.00

I wanted to do a photo booth for my daughters wedding. Initially I was hesitant to purchase this bundle due to the price but I’m so happy I did! The printer is awesome! It took awhile to find the right WiFi dongle but finally I called the manufacturer who helped right away.We’ve used this printer and my other photo booth set up several times in the last year and it’s always a hit. I use a photo booth app to create the background with images and text. Being able to print off the photos right at the event is a wonderful way to take home a memory. We’ve used it at company Christmas parties, family birthdays, Halloween parties for kids and weddings.Definitely a great investment.

This printer is fast with good photo quality. Now I can print extra copies without holding up the line. The only thing is this printer is big and heavy to lug around. Overall experience is good so far,I’ve done school Santa Picture Day and 4 photobooth parties without any issues. Let me remind you that this printer is BIG and heavy!

Bought this while it was on sale about a 8 months ago. We originally owned two Kodak Ektatherm 6850 printers. I haven't used it a ton but works pretty well. I bought a WiFi dongle for it and its a little funky how it works. It generates a wireless network for you to connect to with your laptop/phone and you can print that way. Required lots of tweaking to get the colors just right. All in all we really like this printer, we don't regret our purchase.

Solid construction, well made. Very loud but extremely fast. The photos it printed are vibrant. The bag it came with is well made. Not as heavy as other reviews has made it to be. The roll of paper will make it a little heavier but as per directions, You are suppose to remove the roll of paper and ink when transporting the device. I had a small issue when installing the Software it came with but that issue was with the permission setting on my Windows 10. You can You tube the fix. I also had an issue with the seller shipping the kit in two separate boxes without informing me. I thought they shipped me the kit with a missing printer. This is a great printer! Only drawbacks is that it is really bulky and heavy (the carrying case really helps,though) and it is a very noisy printer. Other than that, it is a great solution for onsite printing during my event photo booth jobs.

Great printer. A little noisy at home and loud thumps while operating, but this machine is a work horse. My only negative point to mention is that the pictures come out the front and will just fall unless you catch them or have a way for the pictures to fall onto a table, platform, etc.
