Cute little kit for those who like to crochet. I tried it, didn't do well with it because I can't follow directions or just don't have the hand coordination for it. Either way I gave it to a friend who does crochet like crazy and like penguins and she loved it. She said the quality of the materials was very good for a starter kit, and the yarn itself was of good quality. She enjoyed making the penguins in different colors and styles and had fun with it.

This was a great kit to have. It has lots of materials in it so if you mess up you don't feel as bad. It comes with some decent tools and stuffing and the instructions were good. Would recommend to any beginners looking for a mistake forgiving process due to all the extra material.

The contents in this kit is amazing! The packaging is cute too which I think makes it a great gift item. The instructions are detailed however I have not had a chance to give it a try yet as I am in the process of moving but hope to update my review when I give it a go. I think the price on the kit is pretty reasonable considering it comes with everything to make the Penguin family. The materials seem to be of pretty good quality but I have limited experience with other materials. I know my daughters have learned how to knit off similar kits with far less instructions and this one has better ones.

I tried for almost 2 hours and I made no progress. I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners. The materials are very nice and the instruction pool is clear for those who already know how to crochet. I refuse to get rid of it though, I want to try again as the end result is so cute!
