How to use this machine?

A：1. Connect to the power supply; 2. Set the proper time and temperature;

3. Wait for the machine heating up to the setting temperature;

4. Place the T-shirt and the transfer material on the mat and put down the heating plate;

5. Press “start”(+) button to start the countdown; 6. While finished, the alarm will ring, press the “-” button to stop.

What if we use this machine out of the US nation?

A: If you do not use this heat press in US, or you are customers from outside of the US, please note that this machine is 110V. Please purchase a power adapter with power more than 1500W if the voltage in your place is not 110V, which can transfer the voltage from 220/240V to 110V. Otherwise the heat press will be damaged, and we will not be responsible for the issue.

What is the white cloth used for? Do I need to keep it?

A: This white cloth is the Teflon cloth, which is used to protect the T-shirt and the heating plate. Please put the T-shirt on the bottom, then the heat transfer paper, then the Teflon cloth, thus you can get the perfect works.

The machine seems not keeping stable temperature, do I need to return it?

A: After the machine heating up to the setting temperature, place T-shirt and start the countdown, the T-shirt with room temperature will cool down the heating plate, then the temperature will have a small range of decreasing, but it will auto heat up to the setting temperature around 1 minutes for the next heat transferring. By the way, the small range of decreasing will not have influence on the heat transferring.

Is the printer essential for using this machine? And if for purchasing one, which kind of printer would match this heat press?

A: No, the printer is not essential for the machine, you can use the heat press independently, buy the heat transfer material with your design from the local market to make your T-shirt.

If you want to purchase a compatible printer, you should keep in mind the follows:

1. Brand: Epson；(Not sure if the other brands can do)

2. Style: Color inkjet printer；

3. The type of the print paper and the ink should be specialized for heat transfer.

These 3 factors should be all included, otherwise it cannot make your final works.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I had to contact customer service to get a refund. I bought this January 25th!!! It broke within 7 days of having it!! Two of the brackets that hold the push down broke off…1 hitting me in the face! Very cheaply made!!! I made less than 10 shirts on it when it broke!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

I LOVE this press! It is so easy to operate, has all I need to press just about ANYTHING that can be pressed, works beautifully and the price is beyond reasonable. This is the fourth press I've bought in 6th months- none of the others have had the capability to do all that I've needed for them to be able to in order for my jobs to be completed , for example the first one I got only did shirts and flat surfaces, second one I got said it was for curved services but it's too small to be practical, third one was so expensive I thought it had to be great but it's complicated And very difficult to adjust settings or interpret the display, not to mention it shorts out and blows a fuse every time I try to use it😠 but this one is all encompassing, priced insanely reasonable, is large enough to complete all of my jobs no matter what the substrate is and it never shorts my electricity out! I will never buy anything but this one again. Couldn't be happier

This heat press is the real deal and can help you complete your ideas to fulfillment. I have enjoyed learning the different temperatures and pressing techniques. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this heat press is a real winner.Even though I got the machine with all the different attachments, I've only had the chance to use the flat press so far. First, this is a heat press machine for all kinds of materials you decide you want to put on hats, T-shirts, jackets, cups, etc. It isn't the most professional device out there, but it doesn't really set out to be that. It's more of a keypress for small operations or anyone who just wants to get started with vinyl printing and needs a heat press to do so. this is my first heat press and after reviewing lots of other heat presses, I can definitely recommend this product for getting started. The swivel option on the press, for example, is something that I constantly saw on devices 2x or more the cost of this one and it really does help in being able to align the garments on top of the bottom plate and get a clear view of what you're working on. The build on the machine isn't the most robust, but again, you aren't paying a robust price for it either. I've been able to get decent prints on all of the items I mentioned above, and any mistakes in the output usually ended up being the result of user error, when I researched the problems I came up with. The only issue that I had the machine is some of the LEDs on the control panel on the left side went out the first week. It's not a big deal for me, as I can still get a full read on the panel but if it happens to you, I'm sure the company would do right and send you a replacement. Overall, if you take the individual attachments into consideration in the amount of things you can do with it, I think you can add it as a worthy consideration when deciding whether you want to go with this keypress or continue your search. For me, it does the job's and it doesn't a pretty good value, so I'm recommending it..

Shopped around for heat press and went with this one and love it! The heat warms within minutes, it's easy to use, a little heavy but great quality. Haven't used the extra attachments yet only the shirt press.
