Literally on the 31st day the laptop wouldn’t start up. It wouldn’t even turn on. HP refused to do anything when we asked for an exchange or money back. Amazon wouldn’t help either. We had to send it back to HP. I guess to get “fixed”.Don’t purchase this garbage. I’m guessing we bought a refurbished laptop masquerading as a new one. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I needed a new laptop for work and personal use after my retirement. I am not a gamer but it has to be fast. I looked for an HP laptop computer much like my work computer and found this one. It's a larger screen and I really like that. It was easy to set up. It has an external hard drive which made copying files from my previous computer so easy. It's been about a month and it's working just fine.

Item received was the requested Item, However after following the requested steps to setup, the computer fails to load, the windows 11 and other softaware programs. The screen was white and the only thing that would load was the microsoft edge welcome screen and when the password is entered the screen goes white (blank) Item was returned to seller via Amazon.com. Since computer failure to boot; I cant give a better review.

I got this laptop to replace my almost 8 years old hp spectre. This laptop is great for everyday tasks like surfing the web, streaming videos, and even play some light games. Be aware, the usb c on this laptop does not support display, therefore, only option for additional screen is using the hdmi. The best thing about this laptop is it came with office pre-installed. Thus, no need to buy one, subscribe to 365, or find some "free" way of using office on the device. Speaker is decent for the price. Please not what you are buying. Do not expect super clear sound from

Really pleased with this laptop. I transferred all data easily and they even have a dedicated team to assist you if you have any problems. Speed is great and large storage. For the $$ I think it was a great purchase. Would definitely recommend buying.

The computer was exactly as expected. It was packed very nicely and came in good time. I had one question that I posted, and the seller answered very quickly. I haven't had an opportunity to do much more than set up the laptop, but so far I like everything about it. I especially like that it has lifetime Microsoft Office, which made the price very good. I am not a student and am retired, but I use my computer a lot for looking things up on the internet and I also do a lot in Microsoft Office. So far I am very impressed with the speed, the ease of use, and the sound quality. I haven't tried the touch screen yet.
