The item came and the screen was showing dim. Due to the fact I used a forwarding address because I'm living out of the US, I was not able to send the item back in order to get a refund.

I have to say I was scared to replace. Didn't know what to do what size or anything. Item came on time and I have to say the screen has a better picture then the original one... will recommend to anyone

My teenage daughter broke her laptop screen, and after saving for a while to replace it, decided to try and do it herself. I helped her very minimally (stabilizing while she put in a screw) and she was able to do it all by herself. This product helped her feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment, and get back to doing her homework while at college.
