We had these for our mobile veterinary care clinic. These break so easily on general use. Used case with it and all. Not very ideal and practical for on the go printer. We have had two of them. The first one did okay for about a year. The second lasted about 1-2 months. So if you want to buy a new printer often, then this is your printer. Very fragile and not ideal for at least 1-3 days a week use. Do not recommend for portable printers.

New printer have the one that prints and has a roll instead of only straight paper. It connects quickly and well via bluetooth, appearance is sleek and sharp. The ribbon might need to be replaced as I printed off 3 times and all 3 times the paper came out somewhat legible. Other then that slight issue no other issues that which is a easy fix by replacing the ribbon. All in all love the printer,the portability is a big part in why I bought it that and it prints using regular paper not a roll also the printers don't use ink. Over all I highly recommend these printers and this company satisfied with the printers and wonderful great customer service too.

This unbelievably small, compact yet highly capable printer is a great addition to any mobile office. It's perfect for all traveling service providers so that you can conveniently printer documents for your customers without the need of having to return to the office. Invoices, quotes, contracts and any needed documents are available for you right from your work vehicle. It produces quality, dark, bold lettering and the coolest part is that the printer DOES NOT require absolute any ink!!!

Not too happy with this product reached out to the company still no response it’s been a year it does not print at all even with a new cartridge. I do not know what’s wrong with it. I wish somebody would get back to me either replace it or return my money but nobody has done anything. Not happy with this product I give it a three stars .

I work out of my truck and really like how small this printer is. It also has a great carry case to protect it. This printer was so easy to set up on my phone it only took one minute to get it connected and away I went. Just downloaded the HiPrint app on my phone, connected the printer with blue tooth, select document and print. The battery life is also good. It will not go dead if you don't use it for days on end. The app will show you how much power is left so you know when to recharge it. There are three quality settings for printing. Just use high gloss paper and you will have nice clear copies. I am very happy that I found this printer.

I'm writing this review only to say that it's really too soon to give negative feedback.So far I've printed about ten pages in the office and see no defects in print quality. It was easy to install and the case fits in my laptop-backpack, it does add weight to the backpack and may be noticed after travelling through big airports.I'll check back in a year or so and let you know how it handles getting bounced around, left in the truck during extreme temps, how well the paper advances after several hundred pages...

We simply could not get it to work with our Mac portable. Returned it. It turned out the problem was our operating system was too old. We were contacted by the seller who diligently worked with us attempting to resolve the problem, after sending a replacement printer. We bought newer, but used, laptop and It now does work. 5 stars for great customer service, but make sure you have a relatively recent operating system on your computer. Unfortunately I don't exactly know how new it has to be
