I'm sure this Ideal Diode substitute power Schottky diode has its uses in quite a number of niche applications. While the product information didn't list its maximum voltage, I took a chance in ordering it for one of my 350-watt solar panels facing West for late afternoon charging of my solar batteries.The design concept is unique and genius, with a significantly lower forward voltage drop than a passive Schottky diode.Unfortunately, it failed when the differential voltage between my west-facing panel and the south-facing PV array reached 70 Volts. So, I'm guessing it is rated to somewhere between 45 and 50 volts. Alas, being an electronics engineer, I have other uses for the remaining circuit boards, so I don't see it as a total waste. I took two stars off because the voltage rating is not given by the manufacturer.
