The PIP was the problem (Profile Ignition Pickup) in the distributor. Be sure to remember to put the oil shaft onto the new distributor. I almost forgot. LOL

Defective shaft hole not deep enough for oil rod. Cost me 60 dollars in time and labor to only find out it would not seat due to the shaft hole being over by 1/4 inch I needed this today and needed it on the road but now i have to wait and hope no damage was done to my oil pump.
