The box is too small to many worms other then what your using that day, I normall have 10 dozen or so crawlers with me this doesn’t work for me well.

This thing is fabulous. My crawlers are active and huge when I use them for trout in the river. Even better than fresh and 100x better than store bought.

I was looking for a crawler box for my grandkids who usually just take the plastic container the worms came in from the bait shop. After a few hours the worms were pretty limp and lifeless. If I were a fish I would have absolutely no interest in one. There are several bait boxes out there but this one jumped out at me because it looks just like the one my dad used in the 70’s and it was great. The worms can actually breath in there and it has a little ice block you can attach to the lid to keep them cool and happy. More importantly, nice and wiggly. It’s just the right size to carry with, too. Not too big, not too small.
