Update to my previous review, immediately after posting my first review, the company reached out within hours and offered to replace the item completely after asking what the issue was in detail.After just a brief email they responded again within just a couple of hours to let me know they were shippingand a new item directly to us. Within 2 days a new item was received and works great. Absolutely outstanding customer experience.Thank youThe shut off button built into the handle leak very bad while on and even worse when pushed into the off position. Everything else is ok, don't know if we'll use it due to the leak in the hand valve.Slightly disappointed.

Loving this... water filtering is amazing but most of all it's much more functional and better than my last one.I will buy another for my cold plunge area.Also, super simple to install. Took just 2 minutes so it's super easy to install.I would highly recommend this and anyoen who has it will be pleasantly surprised.You also can't beat the price. Grab it while it's available at this price.

I installed it in less than five minutes without any tools. I love the sleek, modern design. I received the item very quickly. It feels really nice in your hands it is definitely high-quality for the price.The box did not include any instructions, so I originally attached the hose on the wrong ends and the mount that you put on the wall to put it on would not fit. All I had to do is switch the hose around and screw them into the opposite direction and that fixed the problem. (The part with the nut goes into the pipe on the wall)My hose was leaking when I put it on, so I happened to have a small little black rubber washer in my tool box that I put inside the end that connects to the pipe in the wall. Yippee no leaking at all now… so that might be something for you to purchase if you think you have a slight leak coming from the hose.I haven’t used the shower head yet, but I’m so excited to have clean, purified water because the water in my neighborhood is not the greatest.I highly recommend purchasing this product!!
