Corkscrew rush is much smaller than anticipated. Showing the picture of a full bushy plant and then sending a tiny sliver of a plant is deceiving. It also showed up with several of the spirals yellow. Hoping it comes out of it. The water hyacinth looked great

After receiving the plants, I followed the instructions to the letter and placed these plants in a water plant soil in a planting container to the appropriate depth of water. Within two days, Half of the plants began to show that they were dying. I contacted The seller and spoke with Lily. At that time she instructed me to take photos which I already had done and promptly emailed them to her. After not hearing back, I sent a follow up email. The return email was a long-winded response as to why she was unable to get back to me. It included such things as she was so busy and she was not able to get back with me. I was told at that point that I would receive a refund this never happened. The plants continue to die and now I literally have two left. I understand that plants die, but this company is ridiculous and promises things they don’t deliver, it is not the customers responsibility to be concerned about how busy the company is if it affects customer service then they need to take steps to correct this one star rating.I STILL WANT MY REFUND LILY*If you not to busy and over worked.

UPDATE: December 3rd 2024 plant has absolutely blown up in growthI import plants from all over the world, and ship places my self so I’m very familiar with shipping plants. I was a smidge worried ordering from Amazon but I will say I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality. The packaging was great! Like any plant it takes a moment to acclimate after shipping. I ordered towards the end of may. These photos are from July 1st! Very happy with the plant, the roots were very healthy, and the tubers were perfect. Also I can see the instructions being very very helpful for someone who’s not familiar with aquatic plants.Honestly I give this a 10/10.

I ordered this water mint and had it delivered during extreme heat advisory. Not sure how long til we discovered it on the porch late in the day. It looked pretty bad after carefully unrapping it. I put it in some gravel, and into my pond. It lost most all its leaves right away, but perked up in the water. After about 3 days I noticed lots of new growth and making new roots. I would definitely purchase again, but check for cooler weather first. I am very happy with this purchase, and look forward to seeing it bloom.
