They also include a 20' cable for that long trek from the backline to the front of the stage. The dual footswitch comes with two heavy-duty switches and a 1/4 inches TRS plug.

Leaving this breadcrumb for the others that have been researching a replacement footswitch for Blackstar HT MKII amps (FS-16). This one did the trick and was cheaper than the parts needed to build one. Dual latching/TRS. Left: channel. Right: voice.

Worked fine for my Roland Cube 30... Be aware it is a latching switch.

Good solid footswitch. Does the job., but it is a little on the heavy side.

I bought this for a Carvin BR515 bass combo amp. Carvin sells a comparable footswitch for about the same price, but I had a gift card I wanted to use. Solid construction. No LEDs, which was not important to me. Quiet operation with no annoying pop when it's pressed. On my amp, the right button toggles mute on and off. The left button switches toggles the 9-band equalizer on and off.Note that for others considering this switch: it is latching, comes with a long cable, with a single 1/4-inch TRS plug. Because it is latching, it probably will not work in applications where you need a momentary switch. For example, I have a Roland Micro Cube Bass RX; with a footswitch, you can set the tempo for the onboard drum loops and metronome. That requires a momentary switch.

Very good quality, very rugged foot switch. A good replacement for my Peavey amp. I see the price has now increased quite a lot, and that makes buying another less attractive when price is compared to OEM foot switch.

Excellent quality. Made of metal not cheap plastic. Built to last. Would get 5 stars if it had LEDs for each of the switches. Otherwise really an outstanding footswitch. It's not hard to push down the switches I do it in bare feet and they stay latched until you push them again. Cord is long. Should last for years.

This unit is built like a tank, but also weighs in about the same! I was looking for something smaller and lighter that I could carry in the back of an effects rack, and I was concerned this unit might damage the cables in the back of the rack due to its weight. Also note that this unit has on/off latching switches and not momentary switches. (I need momentary switches for my particular application and had planned to replace the switches anyway, but decided against it once I found out how heavy this footswitch was)Lastly, the unit I received had a big 'Johnson' logo on it in white letters, and was not the solid black as shown in the photos.

Sturdy footswitch to work with older amp. Factory footswitches are no longer available for many Dean Markley tube amps, particularly the 30 watt combo, the 20 watt combo, all take the stereo footswitch. This plugged in and worked perfectly. Kudos!

Needed a dual footswitch for an '82 Peavey amp and like the other reviewer, didn't care for the one offered by Peavey these days. However, this unit has a very thick 20' cable, a good solid all metal box, and 100% SILENT switches. No pop, click, or any other annoying noise some units have. The switches function ultra smooth and are not stiff and make you have to bear down on them to work. You could easily work this unit with your socks on!This is just what I needed and the price was great too. So if someone is looking for a rock solid dual foot switch that does not require the LED's in it, this is the one. Glad I went with it.
