You get what you pay for I guess. Wish they spent as much time on the features of this laptop as they spent on the Amazon page. No documentation re: features. Have no clue how the HDMI works. And wtf do these odd cryptic function keys mean. No backlighting for the keyboard. The AC plug has to be shoved in hard to connect. Battery life is maybe 3 hours. It’s just a plain Jane generic windows pc. I sure wish someone had written an honest review, but maybe at least I can save someone else $400.

Software was downloaded, but does not work. I have had my laptop 3 days yet have not been able to use it.. The Customer service is an email address and NOT a person… No one wants to take ownership of fixing the problem. Spend a few dollars more and buy another unit somewhere else… This one is trash…
