If your older Suzuki outboard has a rectifier/regulator and not an alternator, and you're having problems with the ignition system or accessories, this will likely prove a good fit for your motor if you've checked the diodes on your existing rectifier/regulator with a multimeter and found it to be bad. You can find instruction for testing on Youtube...This is an easy replacement and a drop-in fit for your OEM 32800-90J00 or 32800-90J30
