Very good tool. Fit my collet perfectly. I have used it on aluminum and it did the job as expected.

Good for machining any material. Primarily woods for me, and I usually get away with much cheaper and well-made Freud/Makita/Truper bits, but there are times you need the extra sidewall or smaller sizes than available. These days it's also the availability.

This Kodiak 1/4" Carbide End Mill is sharp. Nice little workhorse. Great on Aluminum. Works just as well on harden steel at 145rc. Stays sharp too, so much so, I went and bought they're Tool Set I4-IGWY-Q0V1. Made in the USA baby.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L2ANFPO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Bought this tool for the purpose of extracting a press fit hardened steel pin going through a steel shaft. Another person before me had attempted to get it out with no success, using a torch, hammer and twist drills. In the process it seems that he hardened the thing even more to the point that any twist drill bit would not do a thing. I bought this so I could stick it into a 1/4 in drive electric die grinder. Obviously this is not what the tool was designed for, but it did the trick. The bit was spinning around 20k rpm for almost 90 minutes and getting incredibly hot. Instead of throwing out chips all of the removed material came out as sparks. I'm very impressed with the performance I got out of it at a price point under 20 bucks, and I'm surprised that the price is so good given that it's even made in America. Good tool.

This worked well for cutting pips in dominoes. You must use it in a drill press with a vice. Freehand produced poor results.
