The faucet itself feels solid and of quality. I love that this is a true "laundry sink faucet" as is reflected in the higher, 4 gallons/minute water flow-rate. That's compared to the lower current-allowed "kitchen" faucet max flow-rate limits (typically 1.2 to 1.4 gallons/minute). That greater flow-rate substantially reduces the time required to put the required depth of water in a large laundry sink.I didn't realize when I first bought it that this faucet is non-swiveling. Although I would have preferred that it was, I later found that many quality true laundry faucets are also non-swiveling.I did find one part of the installation challenging. The instructions show that a provided circular metal mounting ring should be slid over the 4 pipes which come out of the bottom of the faucet to be tightened against the underside of the sink to secure the faucet. The fittings on the bottom ends of the hot and cold brass supply pipes are rather large. (It takes a 7/8" wrench to tighten them). The flex pipe for the pull-out sprayer is itself also not a small diameter and ends in a multi-inch-long, cylindrical, white plastic fitting at the end of the flex pipe. That white fitting later connects back to a non-removable, O-ring wrapped male end of a copper supply line also coming out of the faucet body. With the large ends on those lines, I found it difficult to get that mounting right to pass over all 4 of those pipes; particularly if you're trying to do it with just several inches of awkward access in a deep, narrow, awkward access cavity behind a wall-mounted laundry sink.I next tried to find the best way to arrange the pipes get that ring over the pipes with the uninstalled faucet body just sitting on the rug. The only way I could get close was to squeeze the heck out of the flex pipe; which took more leverage than I could must up inside the access cavity. So with the faucet not yet installed I called Kohler Customer Support to ask how best to arrange all 4 tubes to slide on the ring .The very helpful tech that took that call advised me that you can remove that heavy white plastic fitting all the way off the end of the flex pipe by rotating the small release tab on that fitting to one side. Without that fitting you can pull the entire flex pipe out of the top front of the faucet.I did this and inserted the faucet through the top of the sink with only the three, non-removable copper lines (the two main supply lines and the one short sprayer supply line) jutting out. I could then get the metal mounting ring to slide over those 3 tubes and tighten the 2 provided screws against the bottom of the sink's faucet area to lock the faucet in place. I then reinserted the flex pipe, re-attached the white plastic fitting, slide the flex pipe now terminated in the plastic fitting up onto the o-ringed sprayer supply tube, and rotated the fitting's little white release tab to lock the flex pipe onto that supply tube.I suggest that Kohler modify the installation paper to show the option of how to do that if your physical access to the work area is as limited as mine. One other minor installation issue is that screws provided to lock the two halves of the flex pipe's weight were too short for me. The instructions direct you to "loosely" screw the two halves together around the flex pipe. You're then to later slide the weight to a position a few inches above where you need the bottom of the flex pipe loop to be. The provided screws are short comparted to the diameter of the flex pipe. I found I had to squeeze the flex pipe hard to get the screws to even engage with the other half's threads. But the flex pipe is also ridged instead of smooth. Once both screws were engaged enough for the weight not to fall off up inside the wall-mounted sinks access cavity, the weight would no longer slide along the flex pipe at all. I bought a couple of 1/4" longer #10 stainless steel pan-head screws at a local hardware store. (It's been a while since I did this so I'm not sure but I think they were #10 x 1-inch). The longer screws allowed me to get the weight halves clamped around the flex pipe securely enough to stop the two halves from falling off up inside the access cavity; but still loose enough to slide to the final desirable location before fully tightening them.Overall, we like this faucet enough that we weren't about to return it to try to find a quality swiveling model at anywhere near this price. It's just a little tricky to install when you have to work reaching up inside a narrow access cavity to do so.

I installed this in my utility sink. It looks good and works almost as expected. It does not swivel.Nowhere in the product information is this mentioned. I’ve noticed now that many faucet listings fail to mention whether or not the faucet swivels.I kept this simply because I didn’t want to be bothered with the exchange/return process. Having the pull out nozzle is sufficient for my purposes.

I called Kohler directly to get information on this product before buying it. Upon receiving the product I quickly learned that it did not function as I was told it did. It looks great but I never installed it when it did not rotate as required. I retunred it.

Quality faucet, easily installed. Really like the forceful sprayer. As some have mentioned, the sprayer head is plastic. but I don't think that's a negative. Some have complained the faucet will not pivot side to side, but it does do so, with enough range to work for us. Once again, Kohler brand is winning me over. Would buy again.

We installed a new plastic laundry sink when we recently replaced our water heater. It came with 2 faucet holes pre-molded at centerset (bathroom) faucet spacing, so we installed a small bathroom faucet, which worked OK, but didn't swivel or have a pull-out spout or much water flow.Since our plastic laundry sink would not accommodate the wide hole spacing of standard kitchen faucets, we were pleased to find this one-hole laundry faucet design. The supplied escutcheon covers the centerset holes in the sink, and we drilled a new 1 1/4 inch hole midway between to mount this faucet. The faucet technically uses a 1 3/8 inch hole, but the tighter fit enabled us to thread the faucet through the drilled hole in the plastic, providing extra support. The faucet works great, is very high-quality and well-built, and should last a long time. It does swivel left to right over a 120 degree arc (although it's a bit stiff especially the first time you try) and the standard aereated and the fan spray settings each work great as well.

More expensive than those crappy ABS faucets, but WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Highest quality. High flow rate makes it a great laundry sink faucet. Handle action is very smooth and positive. The nozzle control is very well made and the action is nice. The spayer and aerator work great. Really nice engineering and execution. Install is very simple. It can be made a bit easier by tie-wrapping the copper pipes together, as close as possible. The hold-down ring is a very snug fit. Also, the stem threads are very sharp and can give you some small cuts if you don't wear gloves. i would totally recommend this to a friend, and I plan to use Kohler products wherever I can.

I was looking for a bathroom tub faucet that could rotate and had a spray function. I had looked through hundreds of faucets when I came across this one. Although it was higher cost than I originally wanted to spend, the Kohler quality has been great and I have been very happy with it over the last three months. The water flow is higher as I wanted for a laundry tub.

Faucet and body is great and high end. Pull out is plastic. Feels cheap, yet my wife also likes that it is NOT heavy for her, which solid brass would be. Other Kohler products I have owned that needed replacement was done effortlessly and quickly so I am not worried about durability. It is a quick hand screw on part to the hose. Water stream is quite strong since this is a 4 gpm laundry faucet. This requires care in the handle adjustment to reduce splashing. Love the pray that is like a broom instead of round.

Just what I was looking for. I Looked for years for a faucet like this. I settled a few years ago for one that looked good but was a water conservation type faucet. The flow was so low I couldn't use it. It wouldn't trigger my water heater. So yes the faucet is not cheap feeling. The volume that comes out is amazing fills buckets fast. The install was super easy. My only issue was the longer line should have been marked cold. so had to switch feed lines. Not a big deal. Thanks Kohler for finally making a faucet that fits my utility sink with pull out spray nozzle.
