Superior KVM. It works great, it syncs excellent with no jitter, it is straightforward to connect, and is excellent quality. The case is made of steel and has a very solid construction. It has some weight to it and so it stays in place on the desk. The select button is responsive and easy to press. The remote push button switch is a brilliant feature. I can put the main switch behind the computer and hide all the wires in the back. Then simply plug in the remote push button and run it out front. This really cleans up the wiring, and lets me use the shortest cables I can. The button even comes with a double stick tape sticker, so I might put it on the monitor bezel. The push button itself shows which input is selected: "1" or "2"I haven't found a use for the extra USB port on the front that has a printer symbol on it. It's good to know it's there, as I might like to try a trackpad at some point. This KVM combines the mouse and keyboard into a single USB connection. This opens up a USB port on my PCs for other uses, like using a thumb drive.Cables included in the box, include the remote push button, power adapter, and 2 USB-A cables. I put the USB cables to use to hook up the KVM. These cables are extra long, so I think I get some shorter ones. The included cables are solid in construction and insert firmly into USB ports and hold very well.My PCs do output different screen resolutions and this KVM keeps up with them. One PC is 4k and the other is 720P.There is a slight delay on the video when switching between computers, but it syncs up fine. Good clean screen images is just a second or so.I had to round up an extra HDMI cable to go from the KVM to the monitor. Here I was able to use a shorter cable. An interesting effect was that my 720P PCs had extra noise on the HDMI before I hooked up this KVM. The KVM seemed to clear it all up. That was a pleasant surprise. The keyboard and mouse instantly transition, so be care not to hit a key or click a mouse button when you didn't mean to as you switch. This is a significant value for its functionality, performance, and quality. I highly recommend this.

I'll have two duplicate reviews. This is intentional amazon as these two products are the same, just sold by different sellers. The good news is, they are relatively great. I really appreciate KVM. As I type this I have 6 monitors right in front of me and 4 computers. That is just THIS section of THIS room. 8 mice. 4 keyboards ... (control some other machines from where I sit too).Unlike some others, this one is compact. There's 3 USB 3.0 ports, a Power and "Select" on the back. The select uses the micro-usb and is an extended button like some of these have which is really convenient where I sit. Aside from the wired "remote" switch, there's the power cable and two USB 3.0 cabled for hooking up to the two machines. The only real difference between this and other modern ones I've received lately is one less USB port but that's not enough to matter for me.Like most, these are USB-A but USB-A to USB-C convertors can be purchased pretty cheap if you're looking to used USB-C devices with this. You can typically get packs of them averaging 50 cents to about a buck a piece. No issues with any resolution. These two I got are being used to switch some raspberry pis between some peripherals including a high-speed external SSD that's shown no loss of speed as well as what calls for thunderbolt supposedly for running a keyboard and mouse at the same time but works just fine on USB 3.0 (on anything really) and a USB hub for whatever else I may want to have. If you run pis similar, just make sure you have a good enough power supply!Anyway, 0 complaints on this KVM. Truth is, many seem to function pretty much the same nowadays. This one is a little cheaper than some others I have price-wise but not in quality that I can tell so far so if I have to buy another, it'll be in the back of my mind.(This is literally the same as the other I ordered, not trying to just be lazy! Using it as a backup for the pi now after testing it to confirm it's all good)

I could not get this to work and returned the product over a month ago. Still have not received a refund.
