Great strut. Put them together with some Tein lowering springs and they work great together on my 2000 Honda Civic. Love the feel you get when driving.

When I placed my initial order I was expecting one shock to come based on the price but the listing didn't specify. I didn't want to order four based on an assumption (qty. 2 x 2 orders) so I waited to see what came. As expected this listing is for one shock. If you're ordering a full set you need two of this item and two of "."The part I received was marked "Made In Japan." This may not always be the case from what I've heard. Appears to be a good quality unit. The real test comes after install.The product image is a little misleading. From previous research I knew that the "GR-2" line from KYB are silver and the "Excel-G" is OE-style flat black but otherwise identical.The included info could have been more detailed.Overall a good deal with Prime free 2-day shipping. Other auto parts sites I frequent were about $3 cheaper on the price but with $12 shipping each and 5-8 days to arrive I came out better in the end with these.

Matched these with Eibach Pro-Kit springs on my 1997 Honda Civic and am quite happy so far. Ride is bit stiffer but the quality hasn't suffered. Would purchase again for OEM replacement.

Works as intended. Have them on for over a year now with coil-overs and still holding strong. Gives a nice ride also.
