Super! My 2007 Lancruiser feels like new, I had gone through so many shocks that just didn't work well from the get go, these feel like they're rock solid, bought the front and rear

They fit my 2002 Land Cruiser perfectly. The box contains everything in the picture, no washers. Great ride quality, not too firm or soft.

Dramatically improved and tightened the ride on my 1999 Land Cruiser, which still had the original shocks at 96K (I bought it used). Installation was simple. The corresponding front shocks (345022) were easy to install, took about 45 minutes for each shock and no special tools were required, other than a torque wrench. Prior to installing the ride was very wobbly, easily noticed when breaking and stopping, when the whole vehicle would lurch forward and bounce back. After installing these, the ride was solid, absolutely no lurching or rolling. These KYB 345023 were the rear shocks for my Land Cruiser. Installation was monstrously difficult, through no fault of the shocks, though. The access points for the upper bolts on the Land Cruiser is extremely tight, and since this is a New York vehicle, 15 years of rust took its toll and the bolts were rusted solid. I tried everything including PB Blaster overnight, Rustoleum Freeze-and-Release spray (waste of money and I feel like a sucker for even buying it), blow torch, etc. Nothing worked. After researching some forums I found a solution to just use a reciprocating saw (Sawzall) to cut through the lower shock, directly through the rubber cushion upper mount and finally through the stainless steel shaft. This was an awful experience due to the amount of burning rubber and tiny ships of steel cuttings falling all over me, but the shock did finally fall off. I was then able to retrieve the upper mount and rusted bolt. After this it was simple to install the new shock and tighten the bolts. Needless to say I used anti-seize compound on all the threads so next time hopefully the bolt will come off. As for the shock itself, worked perfectly, the difference in the ride is obvious immediately upon pulling out of the driveway, no more bouncing or lurching when using the brakes. And no more sideways swaying when turning. These are very high quality shocks, made in Japan, probably better or at least as good as Toyota OEM. Expect them to last a long time and they were priced reasonably. A+.

I bought these to replace the OEM shocks on my 2001 Land Cruiser. These restored the trucks ride quality to better than original. Seriously considered the Bilsteins, but in the end decided that while I would like to think that this truck is going to spend more than half its life on the trails and it needs a stiffer ride, the reality is that it's going to spend 5 - 10% of its life on the trails and I in fact do not need a stiffer ride. These KYB's are awesome and the truck rides incredibly well with them.

I bought these to replace OEM shocks in a 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser with 90,000 miles. What a difference! Now obviously there will be a difference from the worn out shocks but thee feel great. Handling is much improved and ride is firm, fluid and not harsh. We have a 2003 Lexus 470 in the family and the ride in this vehicle is still better!
