Remove the wheel and just 2 Bolts to install, perfect replacements for 14 year old/150k factory units. KYB has been my go to for years, and these are just as I expected, greatly improved ride and handling

These are decent shocks for a decent price. If you have any level of confidence in mechanical work you are wasting money by not doing these yourself...not feeling it yet, there are great youtube vides to show step by step process that most should be able to follow. Not a lot of fancy specialty tools required either. We have these on our Jeep liberty 2012 and they have improved the ride over the orig. shocks.

This is a great OEM upgrade shock. We load our Jeep Liberty with our family and sound equipment for events. Our Jeep used to bottom out, and now we cannot even tell there is weight in it. The ride is not ridged either.

Great product and half the price of the chain auto stores. If installing yourself do yourself a favor;Leave the zip tie on and Attach the top bolt (do not tighten all the way yet)NOWGet your bottom bolt ready to slide through the hole (put the tip in)With your other free hand cut the zip tie and get ready to slide your bolt through the hole! Now go back and tighten the top.I found this method to be most useful. The first shock I did not do this and it was very difficult to muster the hand strength to push the shock back in enough to get the bolt in.Great product!

Installed these on my 2006 Liberty. Took the body sway completely out and gave my jeep a good firm feel on the road. These shocks are an oem upgrade. You cannot go wrong by installing them.

Our Jeep Liberty recently went over 100,000 miles, and with us using it to tow on occasion, I decided that the rear shocks needed to get changed out. Man was I right! The OEM shocks were basically doing nothing at this point. I was able to compress the shock when off the vehicle to a completely compressed position with no effort whatsoever. It was almost scary. The KYB's are not only tighter, but they also look nice on our Jeep since it's white also. I was able to get the old shocks off and these new ones on in about an hour using my floor jack and jack stands. Easy installation. It's a direct replacement. The jeep hasn't rode this nice since we bought it 5 years ago. I definitely recommend this product.
