They seemed like very good quality shocks , they would fit if I raised up the lower control arm to bolt the top in. Then the arm almost touched the rubber bump stop on the frame “ no travel “ they ended up being ridged mount … won’t work ! Close but no cigar!

Not sure this is a product review or a process review. I bought these for my 2012 awd Chevy express. I followed the process of seeing if they fit my vehicle and Amazon said they did. I wasn’t in a hurry to install so I waited. Over the weekend I went to install and they are totally not compatible. Wrong shocks for my vehicle, but now I’m after the return period. So what do I do?

Been working great on my 2005 gmc conversion van . Amazing how much you realize doing the change should have been done a lot sooner.

I purchased this as a set with the KYB KG5188 for my full size Chevy conversion van and I could not be happier with the improved ride. No more wheel shake after going over a bump. I blew through two of the OEM front shocks in only 52K miles. I've had these on my can for two weeks now and as long as they last, they are well worth the money.

i drive 500kms + a day in the country going over horribe back roads, i fly over bumps left right and center. KYB gas a just shocks hold up the best over other brands. Ac delco, monroe and gabrial i had bad experiance with. KYB for the win
