The shipping was good, but the backlight was wrong therefore the screen replacement did not work.

For me, an ex-electronic tech, the removal, and replacement was easy but not trivial. You need to be patient, use the right tools, know what you are doing, and importantly maintain an anti-static work environment. Also using Dell service manual instructions and finding pictorial walkthrough on the web - eliminated all the gotcha's. The screen itself is exactly as advertised, it was a perfect form, function, and fit for my Dell Inspiron 7579. I would order another screen from LCDOLED for my wife's laptop if I ever need to.
