Actual device works when using my multi-meter probes instead. Can't ask for just the probes replacement and I'm not driving 24 miles to return it. If you are having trouble with the device not working - try a different probe set. Can't reach the actual seller. Amazon is handling all their products.

This LED TV Backlight Tester worked great when I was changing the LED strip for my Hisense TV. I used it to test all the links before closing up to avoid any surprises. Just be careful with those probes when they are connected, I got zapped a few times.
