This laptop was very slow so I decided to add RAM memory for improved performance. After opening the back, which I have done many times, to add memory the memory hold down device shed some of it's parts and the machine no longer starts or runs.Very poor build quality from Lenovo. I have had several Lenovo brand lapyops over the last 10 plus years and this one has them beat in poor build quality.

This is a great laptop and I'm very happy with it. I essentially matched the specs with the Dell I use for work and do A LOT on so I knew anything similar should work well for my personal use. The prices was right, as well.

More times people are weary of purchasing used electronics, I didn't intent on purchasing a laptop but my Hp laptop died on me. So this was the most optimal option and so far it is so good as the design of the laptop is durable, the functionality is perfect with me being a college student I can manage multiple applications simultaneously. And relatively goodvalue for the money being on the cusp of $$320. As with this laptop you are getting i7 and Windows 11 pro so speed and productivity are not a concern.

My last laptop was also a Lenovo and very reliable. I only changed it because it could not take Windows 11 as it was too old.

This computer is unusable. It freezes during meetings and is laggy with basic functionality like moving a window to another screen, scrolling, and loading pages. I am shocked at how horrible this machine is.Support is non-existant. Amazon says I need to go through Lenovo. Lenovo says I need to go through Amazon. I cannot work on this machine and there is no support to back it up. Do not buy it!
