I bought about a year ago and never got around to installing it. I was thinking of finally doing it and I found out that all the rubber parts are rotting and falling apart. Do not put yourself at risk by installing a cheap part. Thank god I never got to install it and found out about it. Can I get a refund ?

Solid product. Cheaper than OEM. Had a little slag from welds had to take a file to it, nothing crazy. Been on 04 f150 larait for couple months now. No complaints.

Once installed my steering wheel was about 5 degrees off center.Installs in one position only and impossible to misalign during install so suspect part is not made correctly.Can not afford to pay mechanic to remove it and install a replacement that may be manufactured the same and misaligned as well. Not impressed I will have to live with steering wheel in that position.

Bought this for my truck almost exactly one year ago. Took me a few months to get the time to put it in. So it has about 9 months of use on it or maybe 10k kms on it and I have to replace it. U joint worn completely out. Save yourself the hassle and buy a good quality part.

Replaced the oem shaft with this one on my Navigator. Oem one had an additional cushion on the shaft, so looked slightly different, but worked fine.
