Well another product saying fits the XR650L. Wrong. Not only does not fit, but feels dangerously spongy and does not grab rotor with strength. Had to file groove to fit rotor. Yes I know how to bleed brake and install calipers. Avoid completely. Reinstalled old caliper and it works correctly. Do not recommend.

The outer edge of an OEM brake rotor will contact the caliper causing drag. A suppose the caliper could be modified to work, but I won't waste any more of my time on this.
