Protect your boat's gelcoat with Mad Dog Products Heavy Duty Trailer Guide Pads. Designed to fit over 2" or 2 3/8" guide posts. Capped end on top, with elastic on the bottom, to ensure a secure fit! Foam is included!

These are basically round foam with a strong fabric. I have caps on my tubes and that keeps these held on tight. There is no real way to secure them - just slip them down the tubes.In retrospect - having a bright tip might be nicer backing down the boat ramp. Nice and fit my 40" tubes well, I have them on my Sea-Doo trailer.

I was a little apprehensive at first as I was not sure they would stay on when we traveled long distances with the boat. So far, so good! They seem to fit pretty snuggly on the guide poles and the outer sleeve has a cinched bungee at the open end to keep it secure. I recommend these to any one using guide poles on the trailer to keep the PVC pipe from rubbing against your boat.

Good product, I wish the top of the tube had a piece of foam so the guide pole didn’t appear to push through. It would be ideal to have a way to tie it down below, but the bungee mechanism works well
