The MagnaFlow JK Jeep Wrangler Overland Series Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System #19539 will inject your Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited (2012-2018) with MagnaFlow’s deep signature sound and dyno-proven performance.
MagnaFlow exhaust kit #19539 is weight optimized for improved utility and features a single straight-through muffler with 2.5” mandrel bent main piping that fits closer to the undercarriage of the vehicle compared to the stock configuration. This combined with a no-tip, high clearance driver side rear exit greatly enhances your JK Jeep Wrangler’s ground clearance and departure angles.
The exhaust system was designed to be compatible with the most popular bolt-on aftermarket modifications. You can just tell when you get the Right product. This Exhaust System is like a work of Engineering Art. Very Good Job folks. Thank You.Even with one arm at about 20 percent use, it took me about 15-20 minutes to install.Old system was already removed while waiting for new one to arrive.All Stainless Steel. Bends are just perfect. Welds are very nice, Robotic?Very nice sound level. I had just taken off a brand new FlowMaster system as it sounded terrible.This system just purrs, does have a nice note on throttle up though.Shipping Dept. knocked it out of the park with the way you folks package everything.Good work!

Comes with clamps to get the job done, kudos to Magna Flow The sound is not horribly loud unless you’re really on the throttle. It will be much louder than stock at highway speeds, but has a nice sound off idle and through the rpm range. It fits well due to the quality engineering at MF. No visible pipes out the back as it ticks up nicely for off-road clearance.

Just installed, love it. Night and day over the rusted out aftermarket exhaust installed by the previous owner.Couple notes- The clamps must be tightened until the discovery on the bolt in between the clamp ends is almost fully crushed, ie no gaps.- If you are running rear shocks with attached reservoir, as in Fox 2.0, you have to rotate the reservoir on the shock body s little for clearance. Alternatively, you could bend the exhaust away.

I found this to be a fast change out except for the stock rubber hanger removal so I would have appreciated new rubber isolators considering this kit being $750. Looks good, tight and out of the way. This replaced a flowmaster and the sound is far improved. MFG classifies this as "moderate" sound level and I'd agree. Noticable without being loud, no drone in the cab, smooth/ clean sound.

I've had my Jeep since new in 2013 and tried multiple types of mufflers and exhaust types. Most sound ok at start, but then have a "pitchy" sound as the rpms raise during acceleration. They also have some level of drone when you are running 35" tires due to the engine load. This Maganflow system shipped fast, installed perfectly with good dimensional control, quality stainless bands, and tucks under the frame rails of the Jeep for protection when offroading. There is still a clean note when acclerating, but has zero drone and makes the Jeep easy to have a conversation when driving. If you want loud, get something else. If you want refined, this is great.

Update: I ordered another one from a different distributor and got one that had different clamps. By the way, I would recommend not buying from this distributor (Team Allied Distribution), as they bilked me for a $76 restocking fee for sending their crap back. While not really their fault, they need to take that up with Magnaflow. Anyway, the new clamps were much, much better and i was able to install no problem. Perhaps this distributor has old stock? The exhaust does sound great (deep and mellow, but not annoying to self or others) so far and I am happy with the end result, so bumping up my rating. Really could have done without the hassle, lackluster support, and for all my pain, took it in the shorts for a restocking fee.I want to love this product, but may never know. After painstakingly removing the factory exhaust and mounting this one, then going back to tighten all the joints per the instructions, i discovered that the resonator could not be tightened to the the muffler due to poor fit. No amount of tightening would come close to getting those pieces to be anything but loose. Magnaflow customer support was pretty uninterested in my problem and said to pack it up and send it back to the distributor -or- do a warranty claim with them and they would MANUFACTURE a new one for me! Well, that was absurd, as I am not going R2 my old muffler just to remove it again weeks later. WTH Magnaflow? Of course that leaves the Jeep on the shelf until a replacement comes in. Thanks, Magnaflow. Going to give it one more try from a different distributor and hope that i just got the one lemon. Again, WTH Magnaflow…it’s not like this is a complex product…how do you screw this up!?
