my thermostat didnt come with a seal. this one worked. its pretty dumb mine didnt come with a seal.

Fits my 2001 Honda Civic perfectly. I used it with theStant 13879 Thermostat - 195 Degrees Fahrenheit also ordered on Amazon. Took 10 minutes to change, but be sure to "burp" the system afterwards to get the air out..
