There is nothing that I don't like about it, I had a hard time getting in and out of the pool with the ladder that came with the pool, so it kept me from going in it, but now I'm in it alot more now, no trouble getting in or out.

This was a terrible experience trying to put this together. Parts did not line up we had an overabundance of screws and the sizes were wrong for the areas they were to go. The instructions were a nightmare to try and understand. Unless you have three people to help you wont get it assembled. Unbelievable.

UPdate 8/4/20. : once I contacted the seller of these stairs, they were more than willing to either replace the bottom half of the stairs or issue me a refund. I choose to get the replacement part. I’m amazed at how fast it came which was the very next day. I have to admit, I was pretty disappointed at first with these stairs but their customer service more than made up for that.I believe this may have been a return from another customer because when opening the box, all the parts when just dropped in, no plastic wrap or stylophone which is usually in a new items box. Then one of the treads had a very large and obvious crack across most of it. Note to have to deal with a return of this heavy item is going to be difficult since I have a back injury plus not having the stairs to use now. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

It would have been great as described but it is not as described by the vendor. It is flimsy and cheaply made, if you can find it for under $100 it would be okay but they cost nearly twice their value!
