In looking for a cutting system for my adult son with special needs, I usually come up flat. Those press down choppers are terrible. Figured I would give this a try. It's on the small side, for sure, but as long as you can cut down enough to fit, it does chop well. I am going to look for the next size up but pleasantly surprised.

This little chopper works like a charm. I have used it a few times. Cleanup is easy. I do worry though as it seems a little flimsy but so far, it’s very convenient to have and chops with ease.

it use it to chop onions, garlic, tomatoes, chilies and it does an awesome job. saves lot of time to finely cut these vegetables. love it.

Someone gave me one similar to this one a long time ago. I thought it looked kind of "rinky dink" so I put it away and forgot about it. Recently I was cleaning out my cupboards and rediscovered it. Decided to give it a try. The joke was on me! Turns out I LOVED it!! I ended up giving it to my elderly mother who has difficulty with her hands, so chopping onions and other things is difficult and even dangerous.But I missed having one for myself, and ended up buying this one. The reason for the 4 stars is because it does not feel as "heavy duty" as my old one, but so far it works just as well. Not sure how long the thinner cord or plastic bowl will last, but so far it works like a charm! It's a nifty little thing! I've used it for onions, peppers, nuts, pickles, cracker crumbs and other things. A "must-have" in my book!Update: Ordered another one for our other property. Bugged me to be without one!

This is a nice little chopper. I have used it on walnuts, apples, peppers, celery, carrots. Does well enough. I tried whole almonds but the chopper can't handle them. The almonds get underneath the blades and everything comes to a stop. But I think it will work for the items I want to fine chop. I tried almonds again and no problem......they chopped up beautifully!
