Chestpiece: The handcrafted stainless steel dual-head infant chestpiece is precisely machined and hand polished for the highest performance and durability. The full-rotation acoustic valve stem with green indicator dot allows the user to easily identify the active sound channel and seals in sound. The chestpiece is fitted with an ultrasensitive infant diaphragm sealed with a non-chill retaining ring to provide a secure acoustic transmission. The infant bell, crowned with a non-chill bell ring, provides greater sound amplification, isolation of low frequencies, and patient comfort.
Acoustic Tubing: Constructed of thicker, denser, latex-free PVC, the Y-configuration non-stick acoustic tubing provides insulation for superior sound transmission and seals out ambient noise while preventing the cracking and wearing that can occur from repeated use. The longer-than-average length allows a comfortable space between health professional and patient.

I love my white MDF adult stethoscope, and this one I am certain will work just as well. However, the color is wayyyy off from the pictures. It’s definitely much more of a traditional baby blue/sky blue color than the aqua color it is in pictures. No big deal. Color doesn’t = function. Buttt I was a tad bit bummed.

I was skeptical, I have used a 3m brand since I started nursing. OMG, these are awesome! I use on newborns and heard a PDA that my cohort couldn’t hear with her 3m brand! I was shocked! I’m sold! It’sa great quality stethoscope and an excellent price!

Very pretty but found I was missing auscultatory findings that the stethoscope it was replacing and even an adult stethoscope could pick up. Actually a medical liability.

I love MDF instruments adult stethoscopes and this neonatal one is no different! It is excellent and the sound quality is awesome! They have such good products and at great prices!

まだ実際に使用はしてませんが、ＭＤＦを借りた時に聴音がよかったので リットマンの高額と比較して セール中？の安価とブラックの色合いもそこそこで いいかなぁと思いと購入しました。実際に届いたのは リング部分が両面ともブラックではなく半透明で イヤーチップも半透明。ダイアフラム面にＭＤＦのロゴもなく 只半透明の物で…デザイン的に がっかりです。汚れが分かりやすいためにも リング部分は黒色がよかったに… チューブも想像以上に太く硬く Ｙ部分は 2cm強の太さ。イヤーチップも硬い為、試してる段階で耳が痛く 使いにくさを感じました。返品しようか悩みましたが、聴音は悪くなさそうなのと 安価だということを鑑みてとりあえず、緊急性のない場面で使用してみようと思います。今回初めてリットマン以外を購入したのですが、やはり次はリットマンにするつもりです。

First day I used it I heard things the pediatrician missed that morning. You can hear so clearly!! Sad to say she ended up in the ER but it was because of the congestion I heard with this awesome stethoscope. When I worked trauma 15 yrs ago I thought nothing of spend $100-200 on a stethoscope that wasn't as clear and loud as this one. And the ear tips that come on them are soft and really block out the sound!

This thing works just fine in transmitting heart and lung sounds for infants' tiny bodies. Extremely good value.

Stéthoscope parfaitement adapté à l'auscultation du tout petit (prématuré et nouveau-né de moins de 3000 g), Ne convient pas pour les enfants.
