This tool did require some strength but it did the job. The steaks seemed a little limp at first but, after marinating and grilling, the texture was firm and juicy. I also tried it on grilled boneless chicken breasts that were first tenderized with this tool and soaked in fajita marinade. Yum! Juicy and flavorful.

This 48-needle meat tenderizer makes prepping steaks and beef easy and effective. It’s simple to use and really brings out the flavor by tenderizing the meat perfectly. Cleaning it is also pretty straightforward, so no worries there. Plus, it’s durable and built to last, making it a great addition to any kitchen!

We have always had a meat tenderizer that looks like a gavel or a hammer. This one is very different, but it works very well! It is also as easy to clean as the gavel meat tenderizers. We will be using this one from now on.
