the arms were a bit difficult to connect to the back rest of the chair but either way once i finished putting it together i was happy. i have yet to sit in it more, but so far i love it

i dont think its very comfortable. my wife says its ok. dose the job. we have had it about a month and its doing fine. will see about the long term use.

I fell in love with this chair after getting it first setup, and it has not disappointed! And the massage feature, oh lord! Sad thing is my massage cord broke already but that’s because the chair got moved too far from it’s plug-in spot so complete user error. But if I could get another cord would supremely appreciate it!

I love this chair. I recently broke my old chair and needed a quick replacement without spending a whole bunch of money. This fit the bill and a bonus was the massage option. Definitely would recommend to those who don't want to spend a lot on a chair but still want something nice.

I love the chair as a whole but I wouldn’t recommend getting it purely because of the vibrational support unless you are good at reconnecting wires. While I was rolling it back and forth (slowly on carpet) as I do with all of my rolling chairs the wire to hook it up to a power source ripped in half as if it was clean it didn’t take me long to find out as I had a small hole in my foot after finding that hole I cut the rest off. It hurt like h3!!
