I has hoping that the fine scale would be discernible, but it's not. For a saltwater aquarium sample, you can't really distinguish pH values between 7.8, 8.0 or 8.3. You could distinguish between 6, 7, 8 and 9 pH values, but the finer divisions are wishful thinking.Furthermore, they shipped me a roll that has an expiration date of June 2020, so it's only good for like 2 months!
