The 2011-2016 Ford Super Duty equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke is one of the most capable and reliable trucks on the road today. But, when Mishimoto heard about 6.7L Powerstroke air-to-water intercoolers leaking internally, we set to work making the 6.7L Powerstroke even better. The Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler brings even more reliability to the 6.7L by ditching the stamped and stacked plate stock design. Instead, our intercooler is built with cast aluminum end tanks that are precision TIG welded to the robust bar-and-plate core. The cast end-tanks reduce potential failure points, making them more reliable than cut and welded tanks. Aside from being more durable than stock, the Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke intercooler also flows better. Flow bench testing showed that the Mishimoto intercooler flowed 22% better than the stock cooler. On the dyno, that extra flow provided our stock 6.7L with 40 lb. ft. more torque. This cooler is available with a powder coated sleek silver, stealthy micro-wrinkle black, or micro-wrinkle blue finish to match any style. Like all Mishimoto products, our 2011-2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Air-to-Water intercooler is covered by our Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Looks legit from mishimoto. Installed it without any issues. Definitely holding my boost pressure now. I would recommend this product.

Looks like great craftsmanship, welds look good, shipped securely. Still the product arrived damaged as if someone dropped it. Bracket was bent and multiple scuff marks on paint. Not something I’d expect when paying $1,100 for an item. 2 stars because it seems like a solid piece just wish it didn’t arrive damaged.

Iso I experienced everything that a 6.7 owner could. Had to do the delete. Drove her for 30 miles and started to smell coolant, I couldn’t figure it out until I looked at some fortunes to find that the stock ones crack and leak. If left alone they could harm the motor. So, I ordered this, arrived on time in great packaging and had the dealer install it. Yes, it cost 400 to have it installed, but worth it. Truck trans runs smooth and cooler now, no internal coolant leak, especially into the intake. Great great cooler!!!

Installation was easy according to my mechanic and fit like OEM. Looks like a nice product, we installed it along with a new engine in our Earthroamer XV-LTS.

Intercooler made such a big difference in how the power comes on. I have a larger vgt turbo and would slightly surge in low boost situations. With this intercooler and a mod piping kit the trucks no longer surges. Runs fantastic, will be buying one for my wife’s truck.
