Wow! This bridge plate costs a bit more than others but there’s definitely a difference in the quality. I searched high and low to find a bridge plate for my tele build that had everything I was looking for and this one has it. 4 screw holes and 6 holes to accommodate the string through style of this guitar. When I got it delivered, I took the saddles off and checked right away to make sure everything lined up good and this one is perfect! No regrets whatsoever. It came with an oily residue on it which I appreciate because it keeps the finish fresh until installed and helps keep the saddle adjusting bolts from scratching the surface of the bridge plate. Love love love this product.

Fits and works as it should, no issues. I would give it 4-5 stars, but there are a couple of things to point out. 1. it only comes with 4 black "bridge plate" screws; it does not come with 3 screws in black to replace the original pickup screws (so you will not have "all black" hardware unless you paint or get black replacement screws for the pickup that sits in the bridge. 2. the height adjustment screws in the saddles are a bit rough on top and could be shortened on the 5th, 4th and 3rd strings. they sit high, and if going for lower action, and keeping the 12" radius to match the fretboard radius other than that. I would recommend this upgrade or replacement if you want to black out the hardware on this type of telecaster. Overall I would recommend as a replacement or upgrade to a Telecaster.
