The item is not like the one pictured, it had no hardware to connect the flat assembly to the stantion, it had no gasket, so it was a total mess. It cost me at least three days and now I need to figure out how to return and get a refund. Do not purchase from this bender!!!

Worked fine for about 6 months and then the plastic float on the end fell off and is now floating around somewhere in my gas tank...

As stated by others this doesn't look like the photo, it's the generic aftermarket design. You will probably have to modify it. Come with gasket and hardware, don't buy extra ones.

This fit and works great. I give it a 4 as the instruction are a bit vague in the placement of the float. I did a dry test to determine the exact location of the float. The rest of the instructions were all easy to follow. The mounting plate is adjustable so all holes aligned correctly. It comes with a gasket and fine thread mounting screws. It does not look like the picture but it works and will install if you follow the setup instructions.
