I use these almost every single morning. The size is perfect for a cortado. They are made of THICK glass. I have straight up dropped one on the floor and it survived the 3-4 foot drop. They look nice too. An d have doubled as shot glasses from time to time. I really love these! Wish there was a smoked black version

These are heavy, well balanced and well made glasses. We use them primarily for our espresso extractions, and with a 40g extraction, we're still able to sneak some water/milk/cream at this size if preferred. The glass is thick enough so that the glass is comfortable to hold. Overall these glasses have been great additions to our espresso bar and have proven to be functional and great quality, especially for the price. We'd recommend them.

These are solid, thick glasses, which is what I want if I’m going to make a hot espresso drink, like a cortado, in glass and without a handle. My hands are very sensitive to heat and these are thick enough that isn’t a problem. These would also be fine whiskey glasses if you prefer something weighty. They can stack if need be, but they don’t feel like they nest well, like they were meant to stack. They feel great in the hand and they’re attractive glasses. These are listed as “ Necessia Heat-Treated Tempered Rim Cortado/Espresso/Gibraltar Glasses”, but the bottom of them says “Libbey Duratuff”, so I think these are their Gibraltar glasses. These are a decent price for 4 of those glasses, but if you hunt around Amazon you might find a set of 6 of these for less sold as a 4.5 oz shot glass.

I usually like to extract espresso into glasses, so I can see the crema on top and also how much is going into the glass. This is a little larger than a single shot espresso size, it still works (or I can always use the excuse to add another shot on top), or I can use the extra space for some milk, as a cortado.They're ordinary glass but heat treated so they should be strong and durable.

Set of 4 Heat-Treated Tempered Rim Cortado/Espresso/Gibraltar Glasses are made of very good quality glasses. Safe to use, look gorgeous. Easy to grip, strong and durable. Not easily break.

These are really nice quality -- equivalent to some similar glasses I have made in France. The heavy weighted and faceted base is attractive and functional, keeping the heat away from your hand. The rim is smooth and not too thin. They stack. The box they came in was not for gift giving, and in fact I was a little surprised none of them were broken - it was rather casual for glass. However, they are really great little glasses and I recommend them highly.
